Water Storage Systems for Schools, Hospitals, Churches & Estates
Reliable bulk water storage for institutions, from 20,000 L towers to 200,000 L reservoirs, with pumps, harvesting, and maintenance contracts.
Institutions cannot afford to run dry. A school with 800 pupils, a hospital ward, or a church hosting 2,000 worshippers needs tens of thousands of litres in reserve. We design complete systems: storage sized to occupancy, elevated tanks for gravity supply during power cuts, underground reservoirs, booster sets, borehole connections, and rainwater harvesting. Documentation and invoicing are set up for procurement.
What we do
Schools & universities
Storage for dormitories, kitchens, and ablution blocks, with holiday-period installation.
Hospitals & clinics
Redundant storage and booster sets so wards and theatres never lose water.
Churches & mosques
Washrooms for large congregations, rainwater harvesting from big roofs, and community water points.
Estates & apartments
Shared reservoirs, towers, and booster stations with sub-metering options.
Hotels & factories
High-demand storage for kitchens, laundry, process water, and fire reserve.
Government & county
Public buildings, health centres, and community projects, with tender documentation.
Institutional water storage – typical budgets
Indicative only. Every institutional project is surveyed and quoted with a bill of quantities.
| Project | Typical capacity | Indicative budget (KES) |
|---|---|---|
| Day school / small church | 10,000 – 24,000 L + tower | 350,000 – 900,000 |
| Boarding school / large church | 40,000 – 100,000 L | 900,000 – 3,500,000 |
| Health centre / clinic | 20,000 – 50,000 L + booster | 600,000 – 1,800,000 |
| Hospital | 100,000 L+ with redundancy | Quote (BoQ) |
| Estate reservoir | 50,000 – 200,000 L | 1,500,000 – 6,000,000 |
| Rainwater system (large roof) | 20,000 – 100,000 L | 400,000 – 2,500,000 |

Planning storage for an institution
- Day schools: 5–10 L per pupil per day. Boarding schools: 50–90 L per pupil per day.
- Hospitals: 200–400 L per bed per day, with at least two days of storage.
- Churches: 5 L per worshipper per service, plus kitchen and events.
- Keep at least 24–48 hours of reserve, and separate fire-fighting storage where required.
- Combine county supply, borehole, and rainwater for resilience.
How it works
Survey & BoQ
We assess demand, sources, and the site, and prepare a bill of quantities.
Install in phases
We work in phases or during holidays to keep the institution running.
Commission & maintain
We test, train your caretakers, and offer scheduled maintenance.
Frequently asked questions
Do you install water tanks for schools and hospitals?
Yes. We design and install storage, towers, booster sets, and rainwater harvesting for schools, colleges, hospitals, and clinics across Kenya, often during holidays or in phases.
Can you respond to government and county tenders?
Yes. We provide bills of quantities, technical proposals, company documents, VAT invoices, and KRA-compliant ETR receipts for public and private procurement.
How much water storage does a school need?
A day school needs about 5–10 L per pupil per day and a boarding school 50–90 L. With two days of reserve, a 600-pupil boarding school needs roughly 60,000–100,000 L.
Do you offer maintenance contracts for institutions?
Yes. We offer quarterly or six-monthly tank cleaning, pump servicing, and inspections with condition reports.
Can you combine borehole, county, and rainwater supply?
Yes. We design systems that draw from multiple sources with automatic switching, so the institution keeps water when one source fails.
